Recipe
Ingredients
3-4 lbs. Idaho Potatoes
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Cajun Seasoning
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Rinse and lightly scrub, any dirt from potatoes, 3-4 lbs. Idaho Potatoes.
Slice the potatoes into smaller pieces, like a steak fry. (See how I cut them here)
Place potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
Add 2-3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Add 1-2 Tsp. Pepper.
Add 1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder.
Add 2-3 Tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt.
Add 2-3 Tsp. Cajun Seasoning.
Mix the potatoes around so they all get covered with the seasonings. (I used my hands to mix these together, probably the easiest way)
Then cover a few cookie/baking sheets with tinfoil.
Place the potatoes on the cookie/baking sheets and leave a small separation between each piece. (Just make sure the pieces aren't stacked or overlapping, they won't cook evenly)
Bake at 415 degrees for about 20 minutes.
For a more crisp fry, after they bake for 20 minutes turn the oven to Broil and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
