Peanut Butter Chocolate Donut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Cups Ice Cubes

  • 1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Whey & Oats Chocolate Glazed Donut Protein Powder

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 2 Tbsp. Crazy Richard's Peanut Butter

  • 1 - 1 1/2 Cups Almond/Coconut Milk

  • 1-2 Tsp. Hershey's Dark Chocolate Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender or smoothie blender, either would work, and blend for 30-45 seconds. (Or until all the ingredients/food are blended together and there are no chunks)

When adding the ingredients, I normally add the liquids first, then fruit, and lastly the powders. I find this blends the ingredients together a little better, at least from my experience.
