Healthy Banana Nut Bread Recipe

4 Ripe Bananas
3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
2 Large Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
2-3 Tbsp. Walden Farms Syrup
1 Cup Walnuts
In a medium-large bowl, add 4 peeled ripe bananas.
With a fork, mash the bananas together until it's mostly smooth. (It will be a little chunky, that's fine)
Add 3/4 Cup Coconut Flour.
Add 2 Large Eggs.
Add 1/2 Cup Almond Milk.
Add 1 Tsp. Cinnamon.
Add 1 Tsp. Baking Soda.
Add 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract.
Add 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein. (I prefer Optimum Nutrition)
Add 2-3 Tbsp. Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together. (Should only take 30-45 seconds)
After mixing/blending, add 1 Cup Walnuts and fold them into the batter with a spatula.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking oil/spray then add the mixture to the pan. (The cooking spray will keep the bread from sticking to the pan)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
Once it's done let it cool for 10 minutes or so, and cut into pieces. (I cut mine into about 7 pieces/servings)
